DXF sheet nesting (true shape)
Load your DXF parts, enter quantities and sheet sizes. Parts are nested by their true outline with holes included, and small parts can be placed inside the holes of larger ones. The nest is exported as DXF for the cutting machine and as PDF for the shop floor.

What it calculates
- True-shape nesting of multiple DXF files with quantities
- Holes respected; small parts nested inside large holes
- Part spacing, sheet edge margin, rotation (keep grain direction, 0°/180°, 90° or 45° steps)
- DXF entities: LINE, ARC, CIRCLE, LWPOLYLINE/POLYLINE, ELLIPSE, SPLINE, blocks
How to use it
- Create a free account with Google or e-mail.
- Open the calculator and enter your values; units can be metric or imperial.
- Read the result with its formula and source, and export to PDF, DXF or CSV where available.
