WPS generator (EN ISO 15609-1)
Answer the questions step by step to build a welding procedure specification. Fields required by EN ISO 15609-1 are marked, and values from the other calculators (preheat, heat input, filler metal) are filled in as suggestions. The finished WPS is exported as a PDF with your company details and logo, and drafts are saved to your account.

What it calculates
- All EN ISO 15609-1 fields: process, joint, base metals, filler, gas, positions, preheat and interpass, PWHT
- Run sequence table with current, voltage, polarity, wire feed, travel speed and heat input
- Bilingual PDF (English / Turkish) with your logo and signature boxes
- WPS drafts stored in your account and available on any device
How to use it
- Create a free account with Google or e-mail.
- Open the calculator and enter your values; units can be metric or imperial.
- Read the result with its formula and source, and export to PDF, DXF or CSV where available.

Frequently asked questions
Is a WPS from BenchMaths a qualified procedure?
No. A WPS must be supported by a qualified procedure (WPQR, e.g. EN ISO 15614-1) or another accepted qualification route, and approved by a responsible person. BenchMaths produces the document.
Which welding processes are supported?
MIG/MAG (131/135), flux- and metal-cored wire (136/138), TIG (141), manual metal arc (111) and submerged arc (121).
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG in the company profile; it appears on every PDF.
